The Capitol Child Development Center (Ccdc) Has Been in Operation Since 1988 and Was Created As A Model Program by the Connecticut General Assembly To Provide Quality Child Care Services for Children 8 Weeks Through 5 Years of Age. We Offer Full-Year, Full-Day Early Care and Education for Up To 70 Children From Hartford and Its Surrounding Areas.
